Our values

Jandamarra is one of many Aboriginal warriors from Bunuba and Gooniyandi Country in the Kimberley. He defended his country upon the arrival of the colonialists in 1788. We believe in venturing into new and innovative territory and value courage as the core driving force for success.
Faith Bandler was an Australian civil rights activist of South Sea Islander heritage. Bandler was best known for her leadership in the campaign for the 1967 referendum on Aboriginal Australians. We believe in complimenting over competing, which comes with meaningful Collaborations. Our commitment is to see Indigenous and Non-Indigenous communities flourish from partnerships that are innovative and prosperous.
David Ngunaitponi (Unaipon) was an inventor, writer, orator and campaigner. He spent much of his life utilising creativity and innovation to transform the minds of White Australia in the hope that one day Aboriginal people be seen as equals. Despite the overwhelming challenges and barriers faced as an Aboriginal person before the 1967 Referendum, Unaipon has been recognised for the creation of various inventions that are still utilised today. We believe in our ability to Innovate and explore solutions that better our people, our land, and our community.
Charles Perkins was a civil rights activist who dedicated his life to achieving justice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. He led the Freedom Rides through New South Wales campaigning to bring about a greater equity and recognition. We value equity as the cornerstone of our organisation. We will defend the weak, poor, and oppressed to ensure all Australian receive equal opportunity.
Vincent Lingiari was an Australian Aboriginal rights activist and member of the Gurindji people. In his earlier life he was enslaved as a stockman at Wave Hill Station. Lingiari fought for his people’s lands, and equal wage rights. In 1975, after seven years of fighting for equality and land rights, Vincent Lingiari and the Gurindji people were given back their land. The road to reconciliation requires a spirit of Perseverance, we value walking this journey with our clients and partners together, facing each challenge side by side.
