Scott is a Gooniyandi man from Muladja community and a Miriwoong Gadgerong man from Kununurra. His parents moved to Broome which allowed him to grow up on Yawuru country, Western Australia. In 2006, Scott was sent to Hale boarding school in Perth to complete his secondary education. In 2010, he was awarded Indigenous Youth of the Year, and went on to study at the University of Western Australia. After graduating with his bachelor’s degree majoring in Anthropology, he returned home to work within community. In 2016, Scott helped implement an early childhood program called “Our Mob as First Educators Program,” designing the logo and the creation of their fathers’ program. In 2017, he became an operator and explosives technician for Fortescue Metals Group (FMG). In 2018, he was awarded a graduate program with the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet and worked with the Behavioural Economics Team of the Australian Government. While a graduate in Canberra Scott was offered to train and play in the First Grade Feeder Club into the Brumbies for Rugby Union, having never played Rugby in his life. Scott has always had a large support network, and with a dream he felt that it was time to do what he had always wanted to do, which was to share with the world his creativity and his culture. Scott is now the co-founder, director and managing director of three companies developing content in Film, Television, Publications and events, while working with a team of passionate and driven human beings to deliver environmental and social change.

Lenny is a proud Palyku and Gooniyandi man from the Pilbara and Kimberly regions of Western Australia. Without doubt my greatest achievement in life is his family, Lenny has 4 children and a beautiful wife, they keep him focused on my ambitions of creating a better, cleaner and safer world for them. Lenny’s carrier for the past 15 years has been in the automotive industry as a light and heavy vehicle technician, and for the last 11 years he worked with Fortescue Metals group. He selected by the Aboriginal workforce to be a Cultural Mentor for FMG,s Cloudbreak mine site, where he’s held the title for 4 years with great pride and has enjoyed assisting his Aboriginal brothers and sisters in there roles at FMG. He has also been one of the Cloudbreak safety representatives for a few years now, striving to be his brother and sisters keeper he has played a key part in bringing safety innovations to life creating a safer and more efficient working environment. He looks forward to playing his part within Gevolve Solutions as its Managing Director and creating a greener future for everyone.

Born on the North Coast on NSW, Sam started life in an alternative environment. Working around trades and then sales environment before becoming the principle of Ganggalah Training Centre. Overseeing courses developed in house specifically for Indigenous Australian students from all over Australia. Sam then relocated to be with his wife and pursued an MBA as well as working in Construction towards a Builders License. Resides in Sydney with his wife, and three children. Passionate about Sustainability, Diversity and helping to bridge the gap as an ally for Indigenous Australians.

Mark has worked in the community sector for over 35 years creating effective partnerships with the corporate and government sectors. 10 of those years living and working in the Kimberly and Pilbara regions of Western Australia with the majority of his work in rural and remote communities working in partnership with Aboriginal people. He is dedicated to creating a society that is inclusive of and values all people and that enables everyone to reach their full potential. Mark is committed to working in partnership with Aboriginal people to redress the balance in health, education, employment, justice and life opportunities and to enable Aboriginal people to be economically self-sustaining, healing and leading contributors to the whole community in connecting people to caring for each other and caring for country.
Mark has been involved in developing and building organisations from the ground up, re-developed a whole town-site and raised the capital and implemented over $15M major capital projects. He was instrumental in establishing one of the largest social enterprises in WA, establishing a research and evaluation centre and establishing effective and measurable partnerships between individuals, community, government and corporate. Mark is accredited with the International Leadership Forum as an International Partnership Broker and is in the final stages of completing a Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Western Australia. He was the Executive Producer with Ben Elton on his feature film Three Summers and worked with ScreenWest and the State Government of WA to establish and support the implementation of the $16M Regional Film Fund.
Mark is a member of several State and National bodies involving youth, community and economic matters and for over 35 years has been involved in national, state and regional Boards from the Chair for the State Youth Affairs Council of WA, Lotterywest Gordon Reid Foundation Board, Peel Development Commission Board, ABC National Advisory Council, Alcoa Sustainability National Research Board at Curtin University, 2 years Chairing the United Nations Australia (WA) Human Rights Award Judging Panel, through to a Member of the judging panel on the Prime Minister’s Community Business Partnership Awards. He was Chairman of the Peel Branch of the national charity Lord's Taverners Australia and on their National Executive and is currently the national CEO of Foundation for Indigenous Sustainable Health.
Mark’s passion is enabling young people, families and communities in need to reach their full potential and become economically and socially independent bringing about positive sustainable life and employment outcomes and developing sustainable and inclusive communities for all people. He is committed to the establishment of effective partnership between the community, corporate and government sectors. Mark has been involved in the establishment and running of many award winning state and nationally recognised programs showing a return on investment for all partners and articulating the cost benefit.
